Luke's journey started where a lot of meaningful ones do — at rock bottom. As an overweight teen, he discovered health and fitness almost by accident, and what began as a personal transformation quickly turned into a passion for helping other people change their own lives.
That passion led him into personal training, and from there into the world of competitive athletics — first through mixed martial arts, then into a six-year bodybuilding career that took him to the national stage.
Years of extreme training, heavy lifting, and stage prep created the kind of accumulated movement dysfunction most athletes know all too well. Searching for real answers — not just temporary relief — led Luke to massage therapy, and ultimately to Active Release Techniques. ART didn't just fix his body; it changed how he understood the body entirely.
Today, Luke is a manual therapist and ART Elite Provider with 16+ years of personal training experience, 7 years of manual therapy practice, and a background in corrective exercise. He brings the perspective of an athlete, the eye of a coach, and the precision of a clinician to every session.
Whether you're chasing peak performance, working through stubborn restrictions, or just want to move without pain, Luke is here to help you feel strong, symmetrical, and at your best.
